Overview
Thanks to the Youth Homeless Demonstration Project (YHDP) grant funded by the North Dakota Continuum of Care, Pathfinder Services of ND is able to provide support to individuals experiencing housing insecurity, launching two new initiatives, the North Dakota Housing Hub and Pathways to Success.
North Dakota Housing Hub is designed to function as a central location of regional resources for individuals and agencies searching for housing and supportive services.
Pathways to Success' goal is to improve infrastructures for YYA experiencing homelessness in rural counties in ND. For more information or to submit a referral for a YYA in need, click here.
